Yes. You just need to inform us six hours before class. If the teacher came to the lesson, but the student did not, and we were not informed, then the lesson is considered to be held.

You will need: laptop / desktop computer, stable Internet access, microphone / headset.

Most often we use Skype. You can also choose Zoom, Google Hangouts, Radmin, and others. Instructions how to install the apps are here.

We conduct offline group lessons and personal online lessons and work wherever the Internet is available. Personal online classes have a number of advantages:

• individual teaching;
• the teacher makes sure that the student is not distracted - no games in the lesson, except those that we create;
• the student’s attention is not scattered on communication with classmates;
• no need to wait for others or speed up, you can study at a comfortable pace;
• the schedule is compiled individually, if the student misses the lesson, then he/she continues from where he/she stopped last time.

In all classes, the teacher works with the student in real time. This is not a video tutorial.

We consider homework as an required and important part of the educational process. Homework usually takes 30-40 minutes to complete. This helps to remember the material and improve the skills learned in the lesson.

There are two formats for online classes: individual (one on one with the teacher) and in small groups (2-5 people).

We use free software from the official websites of manufacturers.

Yes, we can discuss and reschedule.

No, a laptop or a desktop computer is required to connect to a lesson. Minimum technical specifications depend on the chosen training program. A tablet or smartphone is not suitable for this purpose.

Depends on the individual skills of your child and the learning objectives. For some kids, it is important to be in a group and receive motivation from classmates, for others - it is much better to learn individually. In any case, our teachers ensure that each student achieves the goal.

Classes are held by the same teachers as in our offline courses.

A screen sharing function is used for interactions in the lesson

We draw up an individual program of classes with our students and do not limit the duration of the courses, as children:

• study at different speeds;
• decide how often to do it;
• may deviate from the program to achieve learning objectives.

The minimum basic course lasts 2-3 months with 2-hour classes once a week.
