Background:
She has been working in business and education since 2005. Started as a business trainer and head of HR recruitment department. She was co-founder and director of an advertising and production company that ranked in the top 3 in the region, and also managed projects in publishing and printing. She created and developed a network of children's quest rooms "Young Detectives" in Irkutsk and Angarsk. For five years, she led the creative cluster Art Factory "Dorenberg", implementing educational and cultural projects for children and adults.
Since 2018, she has been working as a practicing financial advisor. Since 2022, she has been teaching financial literacy in private schools in Irkutsk, helping children learn money management basics in a fun and accessible way. Her teaching experience and ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms make her classes engaging and valuable for teenagers.
Personal side:
Ira loves to travel and discover new places, as it helps her see the world more broadly and find inspiration. She enjoys reading books — fiction, business literature, and personal development materials. She constantly learns because she believes the world doesn't stand still, which means there's always something new to learn and share with children.
"Finance and entrepreneurship are about making life more convenient and free. It's important for children to see that money isn't scary numbers, but a tool for ideas and dreams. In my classes, I show through simple examples how the economy works around them and teach them to apply this knowledge in real life."
