Every child learns differently. Some race ahead. Others need more time to process. Some love games. Others want to build apps or design websites.
Traditional classes teach to the "average" student. The fast learners get bored. The ones who need more time fall behind. In coding—where every new concept builds on the last—this approach kills motivation fast.
That's the problem personalized learning solves. Each child moves at their own pace, focuses on what interests them, and gets support exactly where they need it.
Coddy has been doing this since 2016. We've taught over 200,000 students across 28 countries. And personalization isn't a marketing buzzword for us—it's how we actually run every class.
Before the First Lesson
We don't just assign your child to a random class. First, we learn about them:
This helps us recommend the right course and brief the teacher on how to approach your child.
During the Course
Flexible difficulty. Advanced kids get harder challenges. Kids who need more time get extra explanations and smaller steps. Same class, different experience.
Projects they care about. Instead of generic assignments, kids build projects around their interests. A Minecraft fan creates mods. A budding designer focuses on visuals. An aspiring game developer builds their own game.
Regular check-ins. Every five lessons, we assess progress and share feedback with parents. What's going well? What needs more attention? This keeps the program on track.
Small Groups
Even in group classes, we cap enrollment at 6-8 students. This means the teacher can actually pay attention to each child—not just lecture to a room.

At Coddy, we have developed a system to personalize each of our courses.
Coddy teachers aren't just educators. They're working developers, designers, and engineers from companies you've heard of. They code every day—and they know how to explain it to kids.
What we look for:
Summer camps are a great way for kids to dive deep into coding without the distraction of school. Coddy intensives combine immersive learning with our personalized approach.
How it works:
Popular programs:

Coddy intensive courses are a great way to quickly master programming and create your own personal first project.
We offer 90+ courses. Here's how we think about different age groups:
Ages 4-6: First Steps
Ages 7-9: Building Foundations
Ages 10-13: Real Programming Begins
Ages 14-16: Preparing for the Future

We take many factors into account when individualizing our approach to our students.
Individual Lessons
Best for:
Group Lessons (Max 6-8 Students)
Best for:
Hybrid Options
Some families combine both: group classes for regular learning, plus occasional individual sessions to work on specific challenges or accelerate in areas of high interest.

A personalized approach allows you to better assimilate the material, and, consequently, to reach great heights.
Parent of a 12-year-old:
"My son is hard to impress — he's in an advanced computer science program at school. But he loved this course. He logged in on his own without reminders and participated actively. The teacher knew exactly how to engage him."
Parent of a 10-year-old:
"Artyom really enjoyed the lessons. Everything made sense, the teacher explained things well and gave encouragement. Perfect for summer when he's not busy with school. Thank you, Coddy!"
Parent of a 9-year-old:
"My son came in after a bad experience at another school. He'd lost confidence. Coddy's teacher found out he loved video games and built the whole program around creating his own game. Three months later, he finished his first project. Two years later, he's competing in coding competitions."
These aren't exceptions. When you teach to the individual — not the average — results follow.
Personalized learning isn't just more effective. It teaches kids something bigger: how to learn.
When education adapts to you — instead of forcing you to adapt to it — you develop:
These skills matter far beyond coding. They're the foundation for success in any field.

Individualization is the main trend of modern education.
Coddy's personalized approach has helped 200,000+ kids discover their potential in tech. Small groups. Expert teachers. Programs that adapt to your child.
Summer intensives are open for enrollment. Find the right program for your child and give them a summer they'll actually remember—and skills they'll use for life.
