CODDY Recognized as a Top Employer

CODDY school has been included in the rating of the best employers for the third year in a row according to a major job search platform.

Employers were evaluated on several indicators: taking into account the opinions of job seekers and employees, as well as an expert assessment of the effectiveness of the company's HR specialists. Companies with 100 or more employees were included in the rating.

We took first place in the "Science and Education" sector. In the general ranking in our size category (from 100 to 250 employees), CODDY entered the top four winners. In the "Most Loyal Employees" sub-rating, the programming school ranked third, overtaking major global technology and pharmaceutical companies.

A few weeks ago, a specialized IT resource announced the results of its own rating of employers in the IT field. CODDY School took second place among medium-sized companies (from 100 to 1000 employees). Employees noted that they highly value interesting tasks, modern technologies, adequate salaries, career growth, and most importantly, that "the company makes the world a better place."
