CODDY - Winner of the "Best employer among Moscow brands" award

December 21, 2023, marked a significant day for our international children's programming and design school, CODDY. We are thrilled to announce that we have won the prestigious "Best Employer Among Local Moscow Brands" award in the "Small and Medium Business" category.

This competition was organized by SuperJob, a leading company in the field of recruitment and promotion of HR brands, as part of the Moscow government's program to support local brands. We also received support from the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of the City of Moscow.

Our efforts to adapt employees were highly praised. Our effective strategy for quickly integrating employees into the work process was recognized as "Best Practice for Employee Adaptation".
