CODDY in the rating of the best employers according to HH.ru in 2023

CODDY International School of Programming and Design is proud to announce its impressive achievement in 2023. The company has successfully taken the honorable 9th place among small companies (100-250 employees) in the prestigious rating of the best employers in Russia on the popular resource hh.ru, confirming its reputation as a reliable and attractive employer.


Any company with 100 employees or more could participate in the Rating. The results of the Rating are presented in four categories, depending on the size of the staff - so that equals compete with equals. There were 534 finalists in the Small Companies category. 


HH.ru has developed a special methodology to create an objective system of employer ratings. It is based on the opinion of all parties: employees, job seekers and HR-specialists. 


CODDY actively develops its programs and courses, providing quality education in programming, design and other IT-directions for the younger generation. Being included in the rating of the best employers is the result of hard work of the school's team aimed at creating comfortable working conditions, developing corporate culture and attracting talented specialists.
