HR Director

We're seeking a strategic HR leader to develop our international team!

Your Role:

• Design and implement CODDY's HR strategy
• Build talent acquisition and development processes
• Create effective onboarding systems
• Develop corporate culture and internal communications
• Organize team training and performance evaluation

Perfect Candidate:

• 5+ years HR experience (preferably in IT or EdTech)
• Proven management track record
• Knowledge of modern recruitment and assessment methods
• Ability to build HR processes from scratch
• Strong communication skills
