How does the instructor selection process work?

Our selection process is multi-layered to ensure each candidate's qualifications and preparation:

1. Initial resume review for preliminary evaluation

2. HR chat conversation and questionnaire completion

3. Qualification check and test assignments to see practical skills in action

4. Interviews with both HR and a potential mentor

5. Trial lesson with a test student to evaluate teaching skills

6. Access to the learning portal for training materials

7. Training assessment

8. Access to teaching materials and mentored work as a beginner

9. After 40-50 hours of mentored teaching, feedback and internal procedures follow

What are the working hours? Can I combine it with studies or another job?

● For other departments: We maintain a flexible approach, discussing and agreeing on minimum hours based on specific role requirements.

Is there a probation period for instructors?

Yes, we have an adaptation period lasting 1-3 months. During this time:

Instructors choose their own lesson topic and prepare all necessary materials independently, demonstrating their competence and teaching readiness.

What are the criteria for passing the probation period for instructors?
