For children aged 8–12
Who we’re looking for: a creative course author and educator to develop innovative lessons for our “Fun School” series:
- Math through digital tools
- Physics through experiments and simulations
- Russian language through digital technology and creative projects
This is not traditional school teaching.
Kids learn math through coding, visualization, and games; physics through virtual experiments and digital modeling; and Russian through creative, interactive digital activities.
Project Scope
- Math — 6 lessons
- Physics — 6 lessons
- Russian — 6 lessons
- Format: staged submissions
- Timeline: 1 month for two subject blocks
- Audience: children aged 8–12
What You Will Create for Each Lesson
1. Written Teacher Guide (7–15 pages)
- Theory explained in a playful, real-life context
- Step-by-step instructions for practical tasks
- Integration with digital tools (online simulators, interactive platforms)
- Illustrations and diagrams
2. Video Guide for Teachers
- Lesson logic and structure
- Methodological tips
- Breakdown of tricky parts
3. Homework Assignments
- Basic level
- Intermediate level
- Advanced level
Course Concepts
Math
- Geometry through 3D modeling
- Algebra through programming
- Statistics through charts and visualizations
- Logic through games and puzzles
- Example topics: "Solve coordinate systems in Minecraft", "Functions and graphs in Scratch", "Combinatorics in games"
Physics (Electricity)
Two lessons are already drafted—you’ll refine, expand, or redesign them.
- Physics laws through virtual experiments
- Simulations for physical processes
- Simple hands-on experiments kids can repeat at home
- Example topics: "Online electrical circuits", "Ohm’s Law through games", "Building a virtual lab"
Fun Russian Language
Example approaches:
- Spelling and punctuation through creating social media posts
- Text analysis through digital tools
- Creative writing through interactive platforms
- Grammar through games and quests
- Speech development through video content and presentations
Requirements
Must-have:
- Experience teaching the relevant subject to children aged 8–12
- Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, engaging way
- Creativity: games, projects, digital tools
- Familiarity with modern EdTech tools (Scratch, online simulators, interactive platforms)
- Ability to work within a tight deadline (1 month)
Nice-to-have:
- Experience creating educational materials
- Experience recording and editing videos
- Understanding of gamification in education
- Familiarity with project-based learning
Compensation
- Math: 8,000 RUB per block (6 lessons)
- Physics: 8,000 RUB per block (6 lessons)
- Russian Language: 6,000 RUB per block (6 lessons)
- Urgency & quality bonus: +20%
Work Format
- Remote, project-based

Test task: After agreeing on the terms, you’ll create one full lesson (guide + video + outline + homework) in Math or Physics at your choice. Topic and template provided. Paid upon successful completion.
