Zhanna has always been characterized by her insatiable curiosity and desire for self-improvement. Even in elementary school, she never missed an opportunity to go beyond the regular curriculum and actively participated in all kinds of clubs and sections. Thanks to her wide range of interests, from sports to creativity, Zhanna easily found time to participate in three different circles at the same time.
Over the years, her thirst for knowledge only grew stronger. During her time as a student, she not only broadened her horizons, but also began to apply the skills she had learned as a child to her business. It was at this time that Zhanna realized how important it is in the modern world to be able to adapt and combine knowledge from different fields.
At the age of 33, Zhanna significantly changed her field of activity and became a co-founder of the children's club for continuous development “Proznanie”. From then on, her mission was to inspire the next generation to continue their education and development. The club quickly gained a reputation as a leader in its city thanks to its innovative pedagogical approach and consideration of current educational trends.
Collaboration with CODDY in the field of programming has become a milestone for Proznaniya, opening up new horizons in preparing children for the challenges of the digital age. Zhanna is convinced that the key to success lies in developing unique skills and competencies that enable children not only to adapt to a rapidly changing world, but also to actively shape their future.
Zhanna inspires both children and adults to seek new knowledge, as she believes that education is the foundation for creating new and useful products. She believes in the never-ending process of self-improvement and moves forward by setting an example for all and infecting everyone with her desire for constant development.
Interests:
Zhanna is actively exploring new horizons in the field of education. Recently, she has focused on the four-pronged approach to learning, which encompasses the development of skills, knowledge, character and metacognition. This integrated approach enables students to not only acquire in-depth knowledge in various fields, but also contributes to the development of critical thinking and self-awareness.
Inspired by the possibilities of artificial intelligence and machine learning, Zhanna has spent the last year exploring these disciplines in depth. She is convinced of the enormous potential of AI to transform learning and strives to incorporate the latest technologies into her club's activities by training a team of 30 educators in the use of AI for educational purposes. This not only brings the team together, but also opens up new perspectives for the students.
In addition to her professional work, Zhanna enjoys music, literature and art. She enjoys playing the drums, which brings her relaxation and fun in her free time. Zhanna is also an official concert photographer and tries to capture moments of musical passion and energy with her photos. Her interest in the world of cryptocurrencies opens up new horizons for her in the world of finance and blockchain technology.
Zhanna follows the latest technological trends, especially in the field of artificial intelligence, and regularly updates her knowledge. This allows her not only to keep up with the innovations, but also to implement them effectively in her projects and educational activities. Her desire to constantly learn and improve motivates those around her and reminds them of the importance of continuous development in a dynamically changing world.

Through tireless searching and trial and error, we not only find solutions, but also achieve self-improvement.
