Sergei brings to CODDY a rare combination of deep technical expertise and hands-on management experience. For over 14 years he served as Lead Software Engineer at Ilim Group — one of Russia's largest industrial corporations — where he was responsible for IT systems across an entire production facility. That experience taught him something that can't be learned from a textbook: technology only works when the person behind it understands both the process and the people.
Today he runs his own business automation practice — and at the same time is building a school in Ust-Ilimsk where children gain the kind of skills that solve real problems in the real world.
Interests:
Sergei is a person of unexpected combinations. He performs on stage at the local theatre — and says it's the best training ground for communication and connecting with an audience. In the mountains, he tests his limits with a backpack and a trail. And in his spare time, he flies drones — simply because he loves seeing how everything looks from above.
