Client Relations Manager
Education:
Baikal State University of Economics and Law, Economics Department, Business Economics and Entrepreneurship.
Experience:
Polina has been working in children's online education since 2019. She started as a sales team member at an online academic prep school, then moved to client support. Through professional growth, she eventually led two teacher support departments, gaining valuable experience in team management and solving complex educational challenges.
To expand her skills, she worked at Sberbank in the mortgage lending department, handling real estate transactions. This experience taught her to work with large sums, complex documentation, and make critical decisions under pressure. In 2024, Polina deliberately returned to edtech, choosing CODDY as the company where she could apply her accumulated experience to advance children's IT education.
Interests:
Polina studies English and Korean—this helps her better understand global education trends and broadens her cultural perspective. Choreography gives her a way to express emotions through movement and stay physically active. Reading remains a constant source of fresh ideas and her way to unwind after busy workdays.
Why do you work at CODDY?
I truly believe that supplementary education isn't just a hobby for children—it's an investment in their future. At CODDY, kids don't just learn programming and design; they develop critical thinking, learn to solve complex problems, and work as a team. It's important for me to be part of a process that shapes the next generation—one that's more tech-savvy, creative, and ready for the challenges of the digital world. Every child who finds their path in IT through our courses is a small victory for the entire team.
"It doesn't matter what you see—what matters is how you look at it."
