In 1996, Bibinur Batyrbekovna graduated with distinction from the National Gymnasium in Atyrau, earning a "special" certificate for her academic excellence. During this period, she was acknowledged as a promising researcher due to her scientific report titled “Ecological problems of the Zhaiyk River and their impact on flora and fauna.” Her work, which stood out as the finest in a national competition, earned her a special medal from the Scientific Academy.
In 1996, Bibinur was admitted to the Atyrau State Institute without undergoing the standard entrance examinations. Her academic prowess persisted, culminating in her graduating with honours in 2000, thereby reaffirming her status as an exemplary student.
In 2009, Bibinur established Monolit company and initially served as its Financial Director. She has since ascended to the role of CEO.
Additionally, since 2021, Bibinur has founded the "Happy Choice Programming School," an innovative institution dedicated to programming education, foreign language acquisition, and leadership skill development.
Throughout the pandemic, Bibinur made significant contributions to a veterans' organization, earning a Letter of Gratitude from the Veterans Council for her efforts. In 2023, her work in the oil and gas sector was acknowledged with her nomination and inclusion in the Top 30 Women in Leadership list, further exemplifying her impactful leadership and commitment to her field.

Bibinur Batyrbekovna finds her source of inspiration and satisfaction in yoga and meditation. She believes these practices are highly beneficial, positively impacting physical health, mental well-being, and spiritual growth.
She also encourages her team to engage in yoga and meditation, frequently organizing retreat programs for group practice. This shared spiritual endeavor fosters team unity and cultivates a supportive and inspiring community environment.
