Background:
Beatrika discovered her passion for programming as a teenager, fascinated by how digital tools could be built from nothing but logic and creativity. She started exploring code on her own, learning through small experiments, late-night problem solving, and the joy of creating something functional and beautiful.
At the age of just 22, she took a bold step and brought Coddy to her home country, founding Coddy Kosova, the first official Coddy franchise in the region. Today, she leads a new generation of young coders, using hands-on, engaging teaching methods that inspire children from ages 5 to 18 to dream big, code confidently, and see themselves as creators of the future.
Personal side:
Beatrika is passionate about empowering youth through digital education. She’s especially focused on creating safe and motivating spaces for children and teenagers to explore technology without fear. She follows the latest trends in web development, educational tech, and gamified learning, always adapting new tools to serve her students better.
She also runs tech workshops for girls, encourages creative thinking through journaling and storytelling, and loves showing young people how technology can be both powerful and personal.
I was just 22 when I opened Coddy Kosova — not because I had it all figured out, but because I believed in what code can do for kids. Every child deserves someone who sees their light before they do. Programming isn’t only about writing code — it’s about writing your own future, line by line, even when you’re scared, even when you feel small. That’s where the magic begins.
