Professional requirements for a teacher

We have 4 main requirements for teachers:

• An understanding of their subject. This is when you can explain a complex topic to a ten year old in a way that they understand. We want the teacher to be able to answer any question a student may have about the course.
• Ability to get along with children and teenagers. In the course of work will have to constantly tell something new to children and help them. A pleasant teacher who relates well to students, will perfectly cope with creating a comfortable environment.
  
• Ability to learn. Children are not easy to teach, so we will help through method books, mentors and more experienced colleagues. This is how we create cool teams where every teacher is a pro.
  
• Ability to work remotely. Additional programs (Zoom, Skype) may be needed to teach programming online. The necessary applications should be at your fingertips (we'll explain which ones).
