CODDY, an international online and offline programming and design school for kids and teens, is growing at an incredibly fast pace. Since 2016, we have already opened more than 400 schools in more than 20 countries! That's why we are always looking for new smart and ambitious people to join us.

About the company

CODDY® is a programming school for children ages 4 to 16 with a variety of learning paths, and unparalleled training programs worldwide. We were one of the first in our field and continue to evolve and innovate. We now have over 95 courses (and probably even more at the time you read this!)

During the classes students write websites and applications, create 2D and 3D games, and master design and drawing on a graphics tablet. We also pay attention to the development of soft-skills: blogging, public speaking, and producing. There are no grades at school, because children should not be afraid of mistakes and criticism. 

Classes are held not only online, but also in the offices of real IT companies, so the kids get maximum immersion in the atmosphere! 

Our mission is for as many children as possible to discover the world of programming and design, be able to think creatively and become creators of new solutions and technologies for the benefit of the future and humanity as a whole.  

We prepare kids for entering top universities, opening their own business and employment in leading companies.

What do we offer?

The amount of your income depends on you. You decide how much you want to work, and your salary depends on the number of hours you teach.

Flexible schedule. We know that specialists at the level we are looking for are literally in short supply! That's why we give you the opportunity to design your own schedule: You choose the time and format (online/offline) that is convenient for you. We understand that you will combine your work on CODDY with other projects, and make it convenient for everyone involved. Part-time work from 3 hours to 2 days per week.

Team. Yes, people are most important. And we are incredibly proud of them! Here you will find a source of endless ideas and positive energy. New employees are always approached, it's easy to ask for help.

Development. We support the growth of each employee, because that's the only way the company can grow. You can try yourself in a new field, participate in various interesting projects and make new acquaintances.

Support for your initiatives. Do you have an idea to modernize your course? Take a new direction? We are with both hands - for! We will help and support you. Share your ideas with your colleagues and management.

Well, of course, the salary is paid on time, there are bonuses and you are open to cooperation with management. But we did not even write about that, because that must be the case everywhere, right?

How can you work for us?

1. Send us your resume by mail and write why you want to work for us.
2. We will review your resume and offer you a test assignment.
   
3. Based on the results of the test task, we will invite you for an interview.
   
4. Depending on the job profile, you will be interviewed by the head of the company.
5. We will discuss the working conditions and schedule, train you on the profile of the job and familiarize you with the rules and regulations of the company.
6. You will become part of the CODDY team!
