During her internship in Netology in the B2G project, she developed a teacher's manual for the course "iOS Developer" - for people with hearing impairment and conducted job scoring and analysis of professional standards for creating a 1C Developer's MaCo.
At the dawn of her methodological practice, she worked at MIEM, HSE as a specialist in educational and methodological work, where she designed the "Electronic Schedule" system, optimized the processes of interaction with teachers, distributed the load on the classroom fund and transferred all the developments, training a staff of 2 people.
Olga has experience as an English tutor for elementary school children.
Since she loves to study, she has a collection of professional development certificates in languages, pedagogy, online courses, and teaching methodologies.
Interests:
Olga is interested in photography, including working with light, backgrounds and image processing. This hobby allows her to develop creativity and attention to detail.
She likes to spend time with her teenage children, who are very interesting conversationalists. She participates in their sports and helps them with their hobbies. She thinks this promotes mutual understanding between them. Beagle dog pet care, walks and games make their lives more active and unites the family.
Olga strives to make the world a better place. She often repairs or renovates something in the house. Switching from intellectual to physical work helps her understand her thoughts better and find new solutions for professional and personal problems.
